Heimservice L'Italiano in Ebersberg

After we have to wait an hour for our order, we should just find out that we have to wait another 40 minutes on top. I could cook myself for the money ... is the last time I order ... THANK YOU !!

Pizza expensive but also tastes 1+

For me the best Italian in Ebersberg. I always pick up, for years, the food is always TOP and the people are always in a good mood. Price / performance ratio is absolutely right! I can only recommend.

It used to be the best delivery address in Ebersberg, now delivery takes forever. 2 hours waiting time and then almost inedible as very dark or burnt. It's a shame, I won't be ordering again anytime soon.

Fast delivery unfortunately the food was cold and no special requests were given. You also imagine a piece of meat under a beef sirloin that is a little thicker than 1cm, but that may be a matter of opinion.

2 hours waiting to deliver, had forgotten us after an hour skillfully, allegedly the fax has not printed the order via the Internet. After that, let it rest for an hour. At the door I have to listen hungry then, "can not deliver but pick up". Simply do not offer a delivery service if the effort is so great.

To the restaurant I can not say anything, but to the delivery "service". At less than 5min away, we have already waited 3x at different times and days for 1 1/2 hrs. The food was delivered each time only when we asked again by phone where it stays. The statement was always the same "busy" seems to be a standard statement, otherwise it would be a great coincidence. The food is in principle very good, but with the delivery times ....

Once again delivery time of 1.5 to 2 hours. If you call and ask where the food stays you get a totally unfriendly answer ... "I should order somewhere else if I do not want to wait 2 hours ... you would not have needed it! Ingredients are saved very often and often just lukewarm! Sorry or a small compensation never came! Although pizza is cut they do not even get that! For me it was final! Something you can not recommend!

Just great! Food delicious and everyone there is super friendly! The only drawback: If you have the goods delivered, you shouldn't be in a hurry.
